Defective Items

We're happy to replace any defective items at no cost to you within 60 days of purchase. Please notify us at help@kiwikooler.com, and we'll be happy to send out any needed replacement parts. 

Returns

Our return window is 14 days from package delivery to return for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us to arrange a return: help@kiwikooler.com. Please include your invoice/order number.

Initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If your return item is received in good condition then your refund will be approved.
